The Justine Gundersen Leadership Development Grant is available to APICDA community residents who seek funding to attend or engage in leadership development opportunities. Leadership development comes in many different forms. This grant provides funding to participate in conferences, summits and trainings or to work with and shadow a leader. These are all excellent ways to learn about being a leader in your community and what it takes to grow in that capacity. APICDA is proud to support emerging community leaders, not only with this grant, but in a partnership to identify customized leadership development pathways for applicants.

What does the grant cover?

This grant will support expenses such as, cost of travel from your APICDA community to the training location, applicable fees, allowable hotel and meals. Applicants are expected to seek funding from other supporters for their leadership development.
